Ron's background as an innovator in national talk radio is widely recognized. Beginning in the ad agency business with major houses Needham and Grey, Ron moved on to broadcast as VP of Sales for Westwood One then becoming a founding partner of MediaAmerica and CEO of Jones Radio Networks. Developing new markets for major brands like NASCAR/Motor Racing Network, the NFL, NCAA Football and the Rush Limbaugh program, Ron was instrumental in creating uniquely successful sales strategies for many major national brands.
Scott graduated from Skidmore College with the ambition to get into the Media and Sports marketplace. As an avid NY sports fan, he landed his first job out of college at the world’s most famous arena, Madison Square Garden. During his career so far, Scott has worked for Comcast Spotlight, DirecTV, Fox Sports, and the Florida Panthers.
Although he enjoyed his time working at large and prestige organizations, Scott decided to venture out and start his own company, Crossover Media Group, L.L.C.

Jim Souders is a 35-year advertising professional who has worked with Fortune 100 and 500 companies up and down the West Coast.
Jim began his advertising career in 1984 at Ogilvy & Mather, Los Angeles working in Account Management on Queen Mary / Spruce Goose, California Federal and new business development. Tim McCarthy has thirty years of experience in Radio and Television broadcast sales and management. A large part of those years were working with college and professional sports in Southern California and Atlanta, Georgia. He started his career in San Diego radio selling play by play for the San Diego Chargers and Los Angeles Kings. Over his years in the business, Tim has always been skilled in building great sales organizations and establishing deep client relationships.
He currently resides in San Diego with his wife and two teenage daughters.
Heather Cavanaugh's path to her audio career all started as an intern at New York local radio station, WPLJ, in 2007. After gaining her bachelors degree from Albright College in 2008, she started full time before making the switch to network radio at Westwood One. More recently Heather has taken her knowledge and skills of advertising operations to help small start-ups in the audio industry.
In 2018, she had obtained her Master's Degree in Media Management from the New School. She currently resides in Brooklyn with her husband, son, and their black cat.

I started my career with Metro Networks/Westwood as a traffic reporter on a Spanish station in Los Angeles, after 8 months, I transferred to the Sales department as a sales assistant. I have 18 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator for Radio and Television sponsorships and the last five years I worked with US Traffic Network/Radiate Media as a Sales Coordinator for the West Coast, working directly with planning and buying agencies.
I currently reside in San Bernardino, Ca with my youngest daughter and my 3 Pomeranians – Coco, Fluffy, and Simba.
George Vasilopoulos is no stranger to branding and online media, having spent the last seventeen years as the web development, internet marketing specialist and client services manager for the top names in political radio with his company 921 Associates, LLC. Prior to starting 921 Associates, LLC, George founded Vivid Images Creative with his brother and creative director Ioannis, a full-service design and media firm whose clients included Universal Group, Sony, BMG, Independent Film Channel, Tribune and Sirius-XM Radio.
