17 Dec 247 Sports: Jerry Jones named second most influential sports owner
The Dallas Cowboys are the most valuable sports franchise in the world for a reason. Yes, they have iconic branding with their star logo and “America’s Team” moniker, but for a business to be so valuable, it has to be run by one of the smartest leaders in its field. “Jones has his Cowboys back in contention and The Star complex in Frisco, Texas, has redefined the purpose of a team’s training venue,” Bill King writes. “Now most teams are looking at how to build businesses around where they work and train.”
